Dream meditation

Meditation has always been a challenge for me; at some times I am very consciously involved, other times less so. If you want to consciously dream or receive visions, grow and develop as a person, meditation is a must. You can learn to meditate; it clicks weird "yes you can learn to meditate", you can start to enjoy meditation. It is a relaxation method that is not immediately available to everyone.

 

I myself am a thinker and can barely sit still for five minutes because I am already busy with the next step in my head. A real BUSY BEE, now it is not that I have no rest; or not take my rest - yes, I can really enjoy doing nothing - but not too long.

 

So it is not in my nature and I know that there are many people who, like me, cannot or cannot meditate quietly yet. But I have now taught myself a NUMBER OF SHORT DREAMS AND VISIONS AND MEDITATIONS that I want to share with you; yes it is short and yes this meditation is simple but effective.

The most important thing is that you relax; that relaxes your mind, your thoughts - meditation doesn't have to take half an hour. Chanting a mantra is allowed but not necessary; it is a method of looking deep into your soul and all the underlying experiences.

 

 

Meditation, however short, ensures cooperation and synchronization between your consciousness and your soul. You make a connection with your pure and deepest self, as it were, you sit on the same pitch (vibration) through the meditation. During this like-minded or attuned energy flow connect yourself to your highest good, through many practice you will connect faster and longer on one and the same vibration and therefore you experience growth, development between your soul and your mind. One often leads to the other by meditating and, above all, by maintaining this, you learn to receive dreams and visions better or more consciously.

 

 

You should not underestimate daydreaming! because daydreaming is also a form of meditation, although it is more under the control of your heart wishes and your ego. It is and remains a form of letting go and connecting with your higher self, your soul!

 

DAYDREAMING IS MY FAVO! SLEEP NEXT TO SLEEP, because to me sleeping is just like meditation - sleeping is the best meditation there is! I also use a lot of candles, music, crystals, gemstones and of course incense or fragrance oil. You can supplement this as you find it best fit - but I enjoy soft colors, soft incense or rock crystal, rose quartz. Listen to your own feelings, you know best! ..

 

 

 

What do you prefer?

 

This is the simplest method; but effective!

Step 1 Close your eyes, make sure you are alone and / or in a place where you can relax. Start with a good deep breath in and out, feel your body relax. Feel the relaxation radiate all over your body. Let go of tension and keep breathing in and out well and let your breathing slow down until it is completely balanced.

 

Step 2 Say to yourself aloud or softly (mantra) I LEAVE THE PAST BEHIND ME. I LET GO OF THE FUTURE AND ALL THE FEARS I HAVE. I ONLY LIVE IN THIS MOMENT, WHAT I CALL IT NOW. WHERE I AM COMPLETELY IN PEACE WITH NO EXPECTATIONS NOW.

Step 3 Take a deep breath in and out and as you breathe, feel everything sink and let go completely. You now let go of the past with every breath and let it flow now. So sit back and enjoy the moment; Good night now you can sleep well, keep moving forward!

Deeper dream and vision meditation (the basis is always the same, but it is supplemented with deepening connection exercises)

 

Step 1 Close your eyes, make sure you are alone and / or in a place where you can relax. Start with a good deep breath in and out, feel your body relax. Feel the relaxation radiate all over your body. Let go of tension and keep breathing in and out well and let your breathing slow down until it is completely balanced.

 

Step 2 See yourself standing by the sea; see yourself with your feet in the ground and wiggle your toes for a moment. Then you continue to walk towards the sea in your thoughts, feel and see yourself standing with your feet in the sea and wiggle your toes and / or whatever you feel like. Take a dip (do this without fear, knowing you can always return to the beach).

Dive deeper and deeper - it might get dark and / or feel unsafe but you have to go through that! ... See / feel your guides, helpers, god etc. around you, know they are with you even though you see they might not. This feeling of insecurity is the emotions, past, fears, obstacles and this can be quite intense. If you don't dare go back!

 

Go even deeper until you see light again and whether you can perceive things by touch ... Because now you have found the womb of your life and here you will find the pearls of tomorrow! Now you have an overview of the answers to all your questions; search these ruins (without fear) and know that this is your pure and deepest self!

Go back up when you are done; unpack the items you found!

 

 

Step 3 Breathe in and out deeply and as you breathe, feel everything sink and the new knowledge flows to you without it being too much. So sit back and enjoy the moment; Good night now you can sleep well, keep moving forward! 

 

 

Another nice dream and vision meditation for even more depth and connection with your soul (the base is always the same, but it is supplemented with deepening connection exercises)

 

 

Step 1 Close your eyes, make sure you are alone and / or in a place where you can relax. Start with a good deep breath in and out, feel your body relax. Feel the relaxation radiate all over your body. Let go of tension and keep breathing in and out well and let your breathing slow down until it is completely balanced.

Step 2 See yourself standing in a flower field, a flower field with all kinds of beautiful flowers and you can feel the flower buds with your hands. You can smell the scent of the flowers flowing deep into your soul. The pure and pure scent of flowers ensure that you relax.

 

 

 

SAY THE NEXT MANTRA I RELEASE EVERY STEP IN THE FLOWER FIELD WITH EVERY STEP I TAKE. I AM READY FOR THE NEXT STEP IN MY LIFE. I AM FULLY BALANCED AND READY TO RECEIVE WITHOUT ANY EXPECTATIONS AND OBLIGATIONS.

 

You go further and further in thought as you see yourself walking through the flower field with every touch of the flowers the old energy flows away from you. Let the flower field grow and develop; you now determine the way, you give direction to the unknown and you see / feel that your guides, helpers, god and so on. around you, know that they are with you even though you may not see them.

 

 

Go even further and don't look back; you are now in connection with your pure and deepest self; it flows synchronously with your soul. Unpack the items you have found or received during the meditation!

Step 3 Take a deep breath in and out and as you breathe, feel everything sink and the new knowledge flows to you without it being too much. So sit back and enjoy the moment; Good night now you can sleep well, keep moving forward! 

YOU CAN EXPAND THE MEDITATIONS AND CUSTOMIZE YOURSELF BY MAKING ADDITIONS AND ADJUSTMENTS THAT ONLY FIT YOU.

 

If necessary, adjust the mantra to create what you need or want to wear etc. Dream and vision meditation is fun and pure enjoyment - but you have to practice and open yourself up so that you can also feel and experience the deep connection with your soul.

 

Give yourself time to develop yourself and become more aware of the deep hidden emotions, feelings, etc. You must first clean up, learn and study before you consciously achieve real results. But do not rest assured your guides and / or with whom you feel a connection etc ... where you are connected to see the result at one time, every time you take time for yourself is a big step forward! ....
