Alcohol and your dream world

Published on July 8, 2019 at 7:00 AM

You probably know it, you have a great party; you drink a glass of alcohol and enjoy the evening. You go to bed and you sleep like a log! ... No dreams, no visions, no contact with your guides, helpers "just leave nothing". Alcohol causes the sleep process to accelerate, that you as it were skipping brake sleep and that you immediately fall into a deep sleep "so that you are unable to dream", to process and to close.

You skim a large part of the necessary sleep rhythm.
Is this very yes and no; sleeping deeply once is nothing wrong with that; but if you do this more often then you may be tired, less active and so on.

You can already experience a disturbed sleep rhythm by drinking only 1 or 2 glasses of alcohol (let alone if you are drunk). Your sleep rhythm is shifting faster than you might think, with all its consequences. Sleeping too deeply is not good for your dreams, visions, or sleeping, so that you do not wake up refreshed and refreshed.

So alcohol not only brings a hangover, but also a disturbed sleep rhythm. The alcohol does not give your brain time to process everything and give it a place to relax.
You wake up with a full (half full) head from yesterday and you continue on the same energy as the day before. The next night and / or even during the day you are much sooner tired and burned out. And that is not only due to the use of alcohol; but because you do not process anything and can give a place in your brain.

(Alcohol destroys the old brain cells and makes new brain cells) So a glass of alcohol is not bad at all; but your dream and vision world will end up being inactive for a while. You dream or vision, lucid dreaming and so on really not; just gone because it is not possible.
Are you aware of the influence of alcohol on your entire being and therefore also on your sleeping, dreams, visions and even your meditations, visualizations, manifestations and so on. Do you really want to understand your dreams and visions reduce your alcohol consumption and you will see that you can make a deeper connection with your nocturnal emotions and so on.

Learn more about poor sleep read my other blog posts and other information.
I am not talking about excessive alcohol use - your sleep rhythm will be even more disturbed than with normal alcohol use.
