You probably know it, you just have a rare moment for yourself. You sit on the couch with a cup of coffee or tea and while you try to relax your thoughts shift towards the unknown. You don't know why, but images, words, ideas and possibilities appear in your head ....
That moment when you let go of everything .... So fine but often due to our busy schedules, it is rare and unsuccessful. The daydreams disappear into nothingness, no change, no manifestation, realization of your deepest and purest desires, inner peace and balance.
Why is doing nothing time so important? Daydreaming 0.0% time brings you not only closer to your wishes, your desires, but also with your soul, your source, your basis and your life's mission. In addition, daydreaming helps you relax, clear up obstacles, experiences, and so on. You clean up, you give it a place and thereby create space in your life / mind. You relax your body, your head, your soul, your base, your source comes to rest at the moment of dreaming.
Just when you don't have time, you have to make time to do nothing!
It ensures that you have new energy, new inspiration, peace, balance and that everything starts flowing. So stop when you don't know for a moment and just do nothing for a moment. You have probably experienced this kind of moments yourself, but most of the time you continue with the already dragging meeting, children playing who want your constant attention or the fact that dissertation, writers' block, just keep on going; it is five o'clock and then I am finished working. The children have to go to bed in no time - the deadline is planned for tomorrow, the customer will pick it up anyway!
What if I tell you that at that very moment you have to make time to "experience daydreaming, 0.0% time" so that the energy can flow again - that the thesis, the meeting, the deadline, compulsory children attention suddenly easy going to flow ... ………. Being renewed, being better connected to your pure self by being quiet for 5 minutes and drinking your cup of tea and coffee! It sounds so easy to describe it that way, but it actually is. Why is it not possible "while it is so important".
Daydreaming 0.0% time breaks the tunnel vision, you relax, you attract new energy, new inspiration and so on. It provides a balance between giving and taking, work and private life. But it mainly opens up your base, your soul, your set patterns.
What we often experience is that we have to do so many things.
Doing nothing, resting, daydreaming and doing useless things is not included. It bothers, it is not right, it is not a goal, it is not the starting point in which you have to do so much. Doing nothing does not flow with this thought; it blocks even harder than before.
The nagging, assessing guilt feeling about the obligatory tasks, those colleagues, your children, partner and so on.
It is in your system and it cannot come out easily and / or it is one of those things that you cannot easily let go and break through.
After all, it is deeply baked in, and it doesn't feel right to you if you can't do anything useful. We are so eager to do something useful for ourselves, the world and if you then take the time to uselessly 0.0% daydream then this does not flow with your intentions

How to make good use of your daydreams and how to use your 0.0% time fort he better
You must start by putting your thought on one thing that has a light-hearted goal! .. So the daydreams and the 0.0% time need a light-hearted goal. Because of the goal, doing nothing has taken on a different function. It gives way to personal growth and development, progress based on your personal vision. There are many things you can do with a light-hearted goal. You can think of painting, drawing, taking care of plants, walking, cycling, collecting precious stones, meditating, yoga, daydreaming, drinking coffee and / or tea. "That which you like". So it does not have to take an hour; a few minutes is enough to get you started.
In addition, it is very important that you keep your light-hearted goal as a basis. Let the rest develop lightly - don't think about your work, your obligations but just clear your head and let it flow.
Give yourself a compliment when you're done with your airy daydream moment - feel the energy flowing again, the connection growing again, the inspiration coming again and so on. You will see that everything comes to you more easily and / or that you are more relaxed than before.
