Dream protection

Dreams, meditations, daydreams, visualization and visions in which we feel we have no control and / or that external influence takes place are common. You can think of nightmares, too intense dreams and / or entities and so on. It causes sleep disturbance and even disturbance in  your life during your meditations, visualizations and so on.
 
The result may be that you cannot fall asleep - fear; stress, tension that leads to physical and mental, spiritual blockages with far-reaching consequences. The damage from outside influence can be huge and grow to the point that you can no longer cope "no longer wanting and being able to sleep, meditate and so on".

The more sensitive you are; you can think of HSP, ADHD, New Time Child and so on. The more you can experience external influence during your sleep, visions, meditations. Disruption which in turn touches your energy and your physical and mental being. You can develop a block on your chakras, your guides and helper and so on.


 
How do you deal with this form of energy disruption? ..

 
You can think of dream coaching and / or another form of support or coaching. But you can also think of protection exercises.
Crystals, precious stones and cleanings with, for example, white sage and so on.
Call for medium or specialist.
Talk about it, read books on this subject.

  
 
I have developed an exercise that really helps to block unhealthy energy and bring peace to your dream and vision, meditation world. The dream protection exercise is also suitable for children, HSP, New Age children and hypersensitive people and so on.

 

Dream Protection Exercise


  
Step 1
Make the firm decision before going to sleep to stay protected during your dreams, retain this image and feel well until the last minutes before going to sleep, focus on feeling protected; but open to your guides, helpers, supporters and especially to yourself, your soul, your source and your base and so on
 
Step 2
Provide a quiet sleeping environment where you are completely at ease and relax yourself, taking care to ensure that you do not have a cell phone or other steam device in your area for example. This causes interference during your protected sleep and your protected dream status.

 

Step 3
Sit on the edge of your bed and / or on a chair so that you can reach the floor with your feet. Go down with your attention and focus on your feet. Feel how your legs touch the chair and / or your bed edge. Feel how your feet make contact with the ground - feel the floor covering, parquet and so on.
 
Step 4
Become aware of the protective gravity that gently pulls you into the chair or bed with a transparent mother-of-pearl protective energy. Go with your attention to your feet; Imagine transparent pearly roots growing out of your feet. These roots anchor you deep into the earth and provide protection.
 
Step 5
From your roots you see a beautiful mother-of-pearl transparent energy rising up around you like a globe; the silver energy flows protectively around you - nothing can get through it !. Take this protective status to the next step.
 
Step 6
The most important step! .... Lie down in bed, relax. Remember again and again that the transparent energy sphere is present around you. Let go and remember your relaxed state of dreams that makes everything flow, then it is quite possible that your dream will be fully protected - that nothing will flow through unwantedly. You decide what can come in and what not!
 
  
Step 7
A most important next step: You have to remain completely fearless, have faith in every dream image that appears to you knowing that you are protected by your own energy sphere. You are the author of the dream and vision script, you decide where you go and how it forms.
 
Step 8
Sleep well and relax.
