Good dreams, visions, daydreaming, meditating is just like gymnastics "You have to practice and practice". Becoming aware of the fact that everyone dreams, but that you just have to learn how to remember.
You can see it as learning to understand and learning to understand.


It does not happen automatically; it is step by step towards becoming aware of the fact that ..... your soul, your intuition, your source, your base wants to tell you something. It is an exercise every day; try, fall and get up.

 

The nice thing is that we can really do it all just like we can do gymnastics on the mat - but that does not mean that we can also hang on the horizontal bar. Yes, everyone dreams, every night, everyone has had a vision 'deja'vu and everyone can daydream. Maybe you wake up with the idea, I dreamed something but you can't remember it exactly; let alone a day later or next week! ..

But not everyone is aware of this because either you are not training yet or you are not sufficiently experiencing the connection with your intuition. You can also think of the fact that not everyone trained is analytic, or simply not interested in remembering it. In addition, not every dream, vision or daydream really means anything and / or is currently important for your soul growth and development. Of course, everything is important, some things must first develop and rest before you can fit the puzzle pieces together and so on. But everyone is dreaming, visionary and can also remember if you of course know how.

 

I have developed a dream gymnastics exercise to teach you step by step to consciously dream, visions.
 


Take it from me it's really not hard. It is a daily repetition that ensures that you really start to grow and develop because that is what dreams and visions do when it embraces.

Dream gymnastics exercise

 

 

Step 1


Make the firm decision before you go to sleep from your source, base, soul and / or with which you feel connected to dream, daydream, meditate. Keep this image and feeling tight until the last minutes before bedtime.
Don't focus, let it flow; relax and try not to control. It sounds contradictory, but relax and have faith; know that you dream every night and if your dreams have meaning, they contain important information that they appear to you.
 
 


Step 2


Provide a quiet sleeping environment where you are completely at ease and relax yourself, taking care to ensure that you do not have a cell phone or other steam device in your area for example. This causes interference during your sleep and dreams from your source.
 


Step 3


Sit on the edge of your bed and / or on a chair so that you can reach the floor with your feet. Go down with your attention and focus on your feet. Feel how your legs touch the chair and / or your bed edge. Feel how your feet make contact with the ground - feel the floor covering, parquet and so on.
 


Step 4


Become aware of your breathing, your source, your base, your heart, your soul that gently pulls you into the chair or bed with a pre-energy. Go with your attention to your feet; Imagine transparent pearly roots growing out of your feet.
Those roots anchor you deeply in the earth and ensure that you dream from your source act, meditate, visualize.
 


Step 5


From your roots you see a beautiful transparent energy coming up that touches the universe, the sky, the higher and flows through your crown. Take this status with you to the next step.

 

Step 6
The most important step! .... Lie down in bed, relax. Always remember that you dream from the source, your base, your soul and / or with which you feel the connection. Let go and remember your relaxed state of dreams that makes everything flow, then it is quite possible that your dream will be fully experienced from the source, your intuition.
Start a dream diary, in which you write everything down. This gives you insight into the common thread dreams, signals and feelings.

Step 7


and most important next step: You have to let go and have faith in yourself, your soul, your source, your basis, the purest part of yourself. Have faith in every dream image that appears to you knowing that you are currently receiving information, soul growth, development, answers, etc. from your source.

Step 9 Awareness of the fact that ....


Write everything down in your dream diary when you wake up. You can keep a dream diary like this! ...
The next step is also the most important step for dreams and vision awareness. It is about the first feeling and the first thought you have about your dream followed by training, practice and trying. If you do this every evening and morning then you know for sure that you can dream better. Be more aware of the fact that ...….

 

There is always an exception to every method and in this case money is certainly for people with ADHD and related variants: For example, my best friend has ADHD and remembering dreams is an even greater challenge for her - The same money for falling asleep. Every exercise I have developed so far; does not yet provide a breakthrough for better sleep. Who knows maybe there will be a method that can help with this.
