Dream walker

When I received the title of this blog (intuitively) I had no idea where it would go, how it would develop. The only thing I knew that the words walker and dream clearly have a message that I want to share with you.
The nice thing is that (almost) all my blogs were created by a moment like this. Not knowing where it is going. Trusting in my feelings I write - synchronously, from my deepest source and basis. That does not mean that my knowledge is not substantiated, or that I just do something.
  

Connecting with your dream walker is not difficult, difficult or complicated because it is present in the deepest core (soul) of your being.


 No, I let everything flow, develop without having control over it in the first instance. I tap into my inner dream walker, connected to my intuition and the dream world in which I live. Only then will I link theory, knowledge and experience to make it a whole.
 
I am deeply connected to my dreams from the deepest core of my entire being, my source and my basis. With one leg in the dream dimensions and my layers of soul and one leg on earth as a person. The dream walker in myself who is only too happy to discover, dream, sleep, meditate, visualize, learn and study. Getting to know yourself from the dreamwalker's eyes is in one word fantastic and cool.
     

 
Are you also a dream walker? ..

The dream walker in myself opens new doors, has faith and knows where it is going. Because of this deep dream walker energy it sometimes seems to go faster than that I can act as a human being in control. That makes me insecure, doubtful and often gives me the idea that my dreams are fantasy, not tangible, not feasible or not even intended for this life.


Because I connect deeply with my dream walker, I manifest at a rapid pace, I attract what my deepest desires are and I especially enjoy everything I have in life.


  But Marjan what is a dream walker anyway ?.


 You can see it as the great intuitive extended status between sleeping and waking up; that is completely connected to your heart, your source, your base, your soul assignment and / or with which you have a connection.


In the beginning, the dream walker is only present in you for the first few minutes when you wake up. The first minutes after waking up also display the energy for the day and continue to flow through your waking life.

By connecting yourself and practicing, your dream walker awareness also grows bit by bit. It flows into your daily life through your intuition and your source of life (heart). Through practice you can experience deep connection all day long that flows from your source. 

Dream walker exercise

Step 1 Experience sleepy dream walker energy.

When you wake up you feel like you are still asleep - this is a piece of dreamwalker status that is important! You just wake up and you lie down, relax and keep your head empty. As it were, you extend brake sleep, meditate horizontally and connect yourself with your intuition.


At this moment you are able to connect yourself from your deepest dream source with your pure just awake intuition. Your intuition, in turn, is not yet actively linked to daily control, daily things, limitations of energy and flow, and so on.
This status can therefore be retained for as long as possible, this Dreampath lighting connection will take shape; and slowly turns into being a quiet active dream walker. 

 

As you practice this, the easier it goes, the longer you can experience the dream walker's status.

Step 2 Connect and flow from within yourself.

 Sit comfortably on the edge of your bed, relax upright. Not too tight, not too loose. Eyes closed or just slightly opened. Breathe in deeply and slowly a few times. This way you naturally relax deeper. Your attention becomes clearer and more alert.
Focus your attention on the natural rhythm of your breath, your heart. If you find your words, feelings, intuitively supported, let it go, let it develop. But don't keep it under control bring your attention back to your breathing in the here and now.
 


Step 3 Earth and awareness takes place.

Keep a close eye on your breathing, your heart rhythm, stay in this relaxed dreamwalker status and let it flow. Go down with your attention and focus on your feet. Feel how your legs touch your edge. Feel how your feet make contact with the ground - feel the floor covering, parquet and so on.
 
 


Step 4 Steps into a conscious dream walker.

Continue to consciously watch your breathing, feel your source, your base, your heart, your soul that gently flows through your whole body with a pure dreamwalker energy. Go with your attention to your feet; Imagine transparent pearly roots growing out of your feet. Those roots anchor you deep into the earth and ensure that you act, meditate, visualize from your source, your base dreams.
 
 


Step 5 Touch active connection.

From your roots you see a beautiful transparent energy coming up that touches the universe, the sky, the higher and / or that with which you have a connection. See it flow from your crown (chakra) upwards; Take this status to the next step and let everything flow that you may receive.
      


 
Step 6 Visualization, Affirmation dream walker.

 Say the following sentence as support! ..... How can I be of service? ... What can I do today? .. Who can I meet today ?.
You can also think of asking questions such as. ... I let go ...... appoint it ....... and I give it ...... appoint it ...... so they can carry it for me I am open to receive !.
  
  

  
 Step 7 Dream walker during the day!

Hold this grounding dreamwalker energy throughout the day and let it go knowing that you are attracting everything dreamily at the right moment.
As you practice this, the easier it goes, the longer you can experience the dream walker's status.
