mindfulness doning nothing beter dreaming

One of the most difficult challenges in my life is doing nothing. It sounds weird but I am a real go-getter, hard worker, inspiration pusher and even demonstration-oriented and always busy (I never sit still) myself not on Sundays and / or holidays. I work with ease from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The only thing I do in between doing a dreaming is taking a break and meditating mindfulness, visualizing and connecting myself with my soul mission and intuition. The result is that I write a great blog every day.

Change your thoughts, patterns, change your focus.

I make my dreams come true easily, tangibly and I often (almost always) have flow to new blog, exercises, knowledge and wisdom. But I also learned that if you are a good creative manifestation person that dreaming doing nothing is a must to grow mindfulness.
I have developed a dream visualization / dream meditation that helps you create space to make everything flow dreamily.

Just when it is not possible that you want to finish something per se, it is wise to stop pushing. Or to clear your head, be quiet and let it develop quietly.
Dreams do not come true if you push it, if you deal with it too cramped, if necessary, if you have a deadline (whether or not created by yourself). Dreams do not come true if you have fixed patterns, if you keep pressing the repeat button.
  In fact, the less you do, the more results.

By that I do not mean that you do not have to do anything, that it comes up or that your visualizations, manifestations come to life in a magical way. That you only have to visualize, meditate and so on, so that the money flows into your wallet!
Plan at least 2 x half an hour each day or choose 4 times fifteen minutes (outside of your breaks) mindfulness dreaming to do nothing.
In addition to relaxing, there is room to work on yourself, to learn, to break old patterns and to become aware of thoughts that block your flow or that hinder your dreams, wishes and manifestations. It also reduces social media search behavior.

Mindfulness dream meditation do nothing exercise

Step 1
Make a place where you can relax, your bed, meditation cushion - you can fill it in yourself - it reflects your dream energy and the connection you want to touch. The place reflected the heart, safety, home and mindfulness doing nothing meditation; where you can open and share your soul. Make sure there are no distractions, create an atmosphere in which you can fully relax.
 Step 2
Sit comfortably, relax upright. Not too tight, not too loose. Eyes closed or just slightly opened. Breathe in deeply and slowly a few times. This way you naturally relax deeper. Focus your attention on the natural rhythm of your breath, your heart. If you find yourself distracted, release the distraction and bring your attention back to the breath in the here and now.
Step 3
Keep a close eye on your breathing, your heart rhythm, stay in this relaxed state and let it flow. Go down with your attention and focus on your feet. Feel how your legs touch the chair and / or your bed edge. Feel how your feet make contact with the ground - feel the floor covering, parquet and so on.
Move your attention deeper to your feet; Imagine transparent mother-of-pearl roots growing from your feet into the earth. These roots anchor you deep into the earth and ensure that you relax and visualize from your source, your base.
Step 4
From your roots you see a beautiful transparent dream energy that touches the universe, the sky, the higher and / or with which you have a connection. Watch it flow from your crown upwards; Take this status to the next step and let everything flow that you may receive.



Step 5
Bring your attention to your own dream world. In other words, bring your deepest desires to you by visualizing it. Go to that which is your deepest desire .... Step into your dream world by seeing it in your mind through your mind's eye, feel it, smell it, experience it. Make it tangible, but let the path develop smoothly without you controlling it. Focus, bring your attention to it and let go.
Step 6
As support, say the following Affirmation sentence ... Which step can I take? ... ... You can also think of the How can I be of service? ... Or What can I do? .. Another example is Who or what can I meet? ....
 Step 7
Let the image flow, let the words, feelings, emotions, inspiration, information, intuition flow. Take the time to relax and come back the moment you feel called upon.
 Step 8
Write down your experiences and so on and get started right away; you now experience a direct connection from your intuition, your source, your base and / or with which you have a connection.

Start and end your day with this Mindfulness dream meditation doing nothing exercise and you will immediately notice the difference. Repeat this when you need it !.
