This is a simple example of dream anxiety or sleep anxiety that comes in many forms and degrees .... From extreme sweating, crying, panic attacks, really dare not sleep, sleeplessness, hot, cold, headache, migraine, heart palpitations, ringing in the ears, restless legs and so on.
There are even known cases that simply do not want to go away for days and can sleep because of the great influence of the trauma and anxiety that has arisen. It can limit your entire life. Your connection with your intuition, your source, your basis and your physical / energetic life and so on.
Take it from me you are not the only one, there is nothing to be ashamed of!
Dream anxiety and Sleep anxiety is something of this time and yet it has been happening for years alone, but until now it has been an almost undisputed topic.
Marjan dream fear is something for children, don't you grow over it? ... In some cases (it is becoming more common) dream or sleep anxiety is a recurring pattern. In addition, not only children, teenagers, but also adults!

It is actually very simple, if sleeping, falling asleep is no longer a matter of course then there can be a deep intense blockage, or dream anxiety or sleep anxiety.
Have recurring nightmares, sleep experiences / dream experiences that also concern you in your waking life.
You can also acknowledge this in addition to, for example, extreme sweating, a panic attack, heart palpitations, crying and / or emotions that arise from nothing.
Ringing in the ears, restless legs and so on; hearing excessive noise, being afraid of the dark.
But you can also think about deliberately postponing sleep, waking up tired and being burned out, stress symptoms.
Dream anxiety, Sleep anxiety can also be related to family karma, past lives and experiences from childhood and / or that which is common in your family or like-minded.
You do not speak of (persistent) dream anxiety or sleep anxiety after 1 nightmare. There is always a recurring pattern that generally lasts for a long time.
In some cases it may be that you experience a nightmare that completely paralyzes you and / or engages / that evokes fear. Which means you no longer dare to sleep, dare to dream. Of course this is also an (in) direct form of dream anxiety / sleep anxiety. In general this can be called innocent (there are always exceptions to this rule).
