Mindfulness dreaming of doing nothing

Published on 26 November 2019 at 07:00

One of the most difficult challenges in my life is doing nothing. It sounds strange but I am a real go-getter, hard worker, inspiration pusher and even manifestation oriented and always busy (I never sit still) myself on Sundays and / or holidays. I work with ease from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm.

All I do in between is a dreaming nothing, I take a break and meditate mindfulness, visualize and connect myself with my soul mission and intuition. The result is that I write a great blog every day.

Change your thoughts, patterns, change your focus.

I make my dreams easy, tangible and I often (almost always) flow to new blog, exercises, knowledge and wisdom. But I also learned that if you are a good creative manifestation person that dreaming doing nothing is a must to grow mindfulness.

I have developed a dream visualization / dream meditation that helps you create space to let everything flow dreamily.

Just when it is not possible, that you want to finish something, it is wise to stop pushing. In other words, to empty your head, to be quiet and to let it develop quietly.

Dreams don't come true if you push it, if you handle it too tightly, if you have to, if you have a deadline (whether or not you created it). Dreams don't come true if you have fixed patterns, if you press the repeat button again and again.

In fact, the less you do, the more results.

By that I do not mean that you don't have to do anything, that it will blow up or that your visualisations, manifestations come to life in a magical way. That you only have to visualize, meditate and so on so that the money flows into your wallet!

Plan at least 2 x half an hour every day or choose to do mindfulness dreaming 4 times for 15 minutes (outside of your breaks).

In addition to relaxing, space is created to work on yourself, to learn, to break old patterns and to become aware of thoughts that block your flow or hinder your dreams, wishes, manifestations. It also reduces social media search behavior.

Mindfulness dream meditation do nothing exercise

Step 1
Make a place where you can relax, your bed, meditation cushion you can fill it in yourself - it reflects your dream energy and the connection you want to touch. The spot reflected the heart, safety, home and mindfulness doing nothing meditation; where you can open and share your soul. Make sure there are no distractions, create an atmosphere in which you can fully relax.

Step 2
Sit comfortably, relax upright. Not too tight, not too loose. Eyes closed or slightly open. Breathe deeply and slowly a few times. This automatically relaxes you deeper. Focus on the natural rhythm of your breath, your heart. When you find yourself distracted, let go of the distraction and bring your attention back to the breath in the here and now.

Step 3
Keep a close eye on your breathing, your heart rate, stay in this relaxed state and let it flow. Go down with your attention and focus on your feet. Feel how your legs touch the chair and / or your bed edge. Feel how your feet make contact with the ground - feel the carpet, parquet and so on.

With your attention go deeper to your feet; imagine transparent pearlescent roots growing from your feet into the earth. These roots anchor you deep in the earth and ensure that you relax and visualize from your source, your base.

Stap 4

Step 5
Bring your attention to your own dream world. In other words, bring your deepest desires to you by visualizing it. Go to what is your deepest desire .... Step into your dream world by seeing it through your mind's eye during your meditation, feel it, smell it, experience it. Make it tangible but allow the path to develop quietly without being in control. Focus, bring your attention to it and let go.

Step 6
As support, say the following Affirmation sentence on ... What step can I take? ... ... You can also think of How can I be of service? ... Or What can I do? .. Another example is Who or what can I meet? ....

Step 7
Let the image flow, let the words, feelings, emotions, inspiration, information, intuition flow. Take the time to relax and come back when you feel called to here.

Step 8
Write down your experiences and so on and get started right away; you now experience a direct connection from your intuition, your source, your base and / or there with which you are connected.

Start and end your day with this Mindfulness dream meditation doing nothing exercise and you will notice an immediate difference. Repeat this when you need it!
