Look over the negative (keep aware that it is there but skip it, as it were). Focus on what is present beforehand, and what is present afterwards in your life. Example you have to be at work at 9 o'clock. What will you do before you get to work? ... And what will you do after you get back from work ?.
Write down the gratitude / sleep tracker and / or mood tracker in your dream diary !.
Pay attention to the daily / learning moments when something goes wrong, when do I block my positive fibe? Know when your thoughts drop negatively?
You can think of the moment when you hit your toe against the door jamb. Stop, as it were, your thoughts, stand still and ask yourself what was I thinking about? ... If you have this piece under control, you will keep your thoughts grateful and positive during the day.
Another tip is that gratitude comes from your deepest core, your heart, your source, your base or heart-oriented thinking. Your ego is the blockage. Your head, your thoughts, your fears are amplified by your ego, which causes you to enter a negative spiral.
