How to daydream with your child!
Searching for inner silence with your child can be deafening, scary, intensive or even uncomfortable. Doing something together is exciting, opening yourself up to your child and connecting towards the unknown together is a challenge for both. But once you've taken the step and deepened it little by little, the easier it goes.
Take the time to be together, find a nice place! You can think of a tent made of blankets, a high pile of pillows and / or in a tree house; let your imagination run wild. The place reflects the heart, safety, home, protection where you can open and share your soul.

Computer, telephone, radio, TV, radio off; no distractions and especially no energy to flow from outside. Create an atmosphere together where you can both completely relax. So make sure you have your agenda free, no one comes home, no distractions from friends and / or brothers, sisters and so on.
Sit upright together with your feet on the floor (bare feet), back straight; this way you stay active, conscious and yet relaxed daydreaming.
Start with a small fun exercise, you can learn to be quiet in a playful way. Start with a daydream word that your child chooses - Teddy bear, for example.
