One of the most difficult things in life is emotions and feelings, especially when you are a teenager. Let sleep and dream while there is deep soul experience. Dreaming from emotion is wonderful and yet a challenge and that especially applies to teenagers. It brings you a lot, but at the same time unrest, anxiety and questions; the feelings are hard to place and how do I process it? .... As a teenager there are many questions and many moments when emotions come up.

Especially when sleeping and / or falling asleep, these kinds of emotions arise in a teenager.

   Sleeping and being emotionally tired is not a good option, but these are the moments when the greatest life lessons come to the surface through your dreams. Embrace your emotions and experience major awareness processes.

But Marjan is the fact that crying to sleep causes nightmares or reinforces the negative.


Yes, that is true, but besides these deep challenges, there is a great opportunity that you would not initially think of. The feelings, emotions that are present in your lower abdomen are only too happy to come up so that you can process it, physically and mentally clean it up. Your emotions strengthen your sensitivity, intuition and your spiritual connection with the higher, your base, your heart, your source and / or other dimensions and the hereafter.
Dreaming from your deepest emotions is not so crazy, challenging and tough as it allows for great soul growth and awareness of the fact that !. That does not mean that it is easy for a teenager, it is even a challenge for an adult to take on.
But the first step can be taken by quietly going to bed and meditating, relaxing and doing a mini exercise. The teenage dreams process goes step by step, step by step, to inner peace, relief, growth, development and understanding of insights and so on. It's not about speed, it's about the small steps that ultimately bring major changes and transformation (take the time to be a teenager). 

Dream emotions mini exercise for teenagers



Step 1

Relax and let go before you go to bed. So take the time to listen to the inner silence and take it from me that can be deafening. Be frightening and intensive; so take time to become quiet by first relaxing and allowing the silence. Find a place in your bedroom and / or where you can be yourself. "To relax well, you must Be Yourself".
Computer, telephone, radio, TV, clock, radio off; no distractions and especially no energy flowing from outside. Create an atmosphere where you can fully relax; it may be that you want to burn incense, listen to meditation / nature music and so on.
Step 2

Sit upright with your feet on the floor (bare feet), back straight; this way you remain active, aware and yet relaxed. Empty your head and start relaxing for fifteen minutes before you go to bed ... .... Every time you practice this you can relax and be quiet for longer and experience more answers and soul music.

Step 3

Pay close attention to your breathing and let it flow from your stomach at a calm level - breathe in and breathe out gently. Notice that you relax well, feel and listen to your heart rhythm. Experience that your emotions, feelings, etc. in your head / body decrease and change into other energy that will flow from a new positive perspective. Go down with your attention and focus on your feet touching the ground. Feel how your legs / feet touch the floor / touch the edge of the chair. Feel how your feet make contact with the ground - feel the floor covering, parquet and so on.

Step 5

Become aware of your breathing, your source, your base, your heart, your soul that gently pulls you into the chair, you connect to the floor. Go with your attention to your feet; Imagine transparent mother-of-pearl soul energy growing out of your feet. Your own soul energy anchors you deep in the sea and sand. It ensures that you dream, act, feel, experience and meditate from your source, your basis.

Step 4

From your soul energy you see a beautiful pearl-colored energy coming up that touches the universe, the sky, the higher and / or with which you have a connection. Watch it flow from your crown chakra up and down into the earth. Take this status to the next step and let everything flow that you may receive through your senses such as your hearing or eyes and so on.

Step 6

Cancel an affirmation as support in the form of the following sentence! I let go ...... appoint it ....... and I give it ...... appoint it ...... so they can carry it for me. I am open to receive !. You can also think of asking questions such as. ... ..... How can I be of service? ... What can I do today? .. Who can I meet today ?.

Step 7

Take this relaxed energy status to bed. Lie down on the bed and relax and maintain the relaxed status. Let it all go and remember your relaxed state of dreams that makes everything flow.
