Dream Meditation 

You've probably heard of meditation? ..... But did you know that dream meditation can help you heal yourself, heal yourself, get to know yourself better and sleep and live mindfulness.

 

If you want to consciously dream, receive daydreams or visions, grow spiritually and develop as a person, then meditation is a must. You can learn to meditate; it clicks weird "yes you can learn to dream meditation", you may start to like dream meditation. 
   
Did you know that dream mediation not only provides soul growth and development, is better for yourself, daydreams, mindfulness, etc., but also sleep better, lucid dreams, visions and connecting with your source, your basis, your intuition.
  
   
In recent years I have developed and shared many dream meditations, varying per situation and / or dream connection. You can think of dream meditation basis to advanced and experienced meditation with deep soul growth and development.
    In the training sessions I also use many different kinds of dream exercises that use a form of dream meditation. You can of course find this in my blog !.

 

Basic Dream Meditation

 

Step 1

 Sit comfortably, relax upright. Not too tight, not too loose. Eyes closed or just slightly opened. Breathe in deeply and slowly a few times. This way you naturally relax deeper. Your attention remains clear and alert.
Focus your attention on the natural rhythm of your breath, your heart. If you find yourself distracted, release the distraction and bring your attention back to the breath in the here and now.
 
 Meditating is difficult in the beginning; relaxing and emptying your head is often a challenge. Start quietly with 5 minutes and then continue step by step and you will see that it is always easy.
 
 


Step 2

Keep a close eye on your breathing, your heart rhythm, stay in this relaxed state and let it flow. Go down with your attention and focus on your feet. Feel how your legs touch the chair and / or your bed edge. Feel how your feet make contact with the ground - feel the floor covering, parquet and so on.
 
 


Step 3

Become aware of your breathing, your source, your base, your heart, your soul that gently pulls you into the chair or bed with a pre-energy. Go with your attention to your feet; Imagine transparent pearly roots growing out of your feet.
Those roots anchor you deeply in the earth and ensure that you act, meditate, visualize from your source, your base dreams.
 
 


Step 4

From your roots you see a beautiful transparent energy coming up that touches the universe, the sky, the higher and / or that with which you have a connection. Watch it flow from your crown upwards; Take this status to the next step and let everything flow that you may receive.

   
 
Step 5

Say the following sentence as support ... I let go ...... name it ....... and I indicate it ...... name it ...... so that they can carry it for me. I am open to receive !.
You can also think of questions that are open such as. How can I be of service? ... What can I do today? .. Who can I meet today ?.
 
   


Step 6

Take this status of your dream meditation to bed. Lie down on the bed and relax and maintain the dream meditation status. Let it all go and remember your relaxed state of dreams that makes everything flow. It is quite possible that your dream will be fully experienced from your base, your source. You are and live from your source the writer of your soul dreams, the vision script.
  

  
Step 7

Sleep softly, Sleep is the best meditation there is .... Let everything heal, clean up, clean and heal while you sleep.
