Nightmares and anxiety

Did you know that most adult people have a conscious nightmare at least three times a year! So you are not alone, in fact you are more than usual. Anxious dreams are there to process problems, obstacles, past lives, memories - to give them a place in your life (brain, brain). You can see it as if your soul is archiving it, for a later moment and / or even a later life.
