Bedroom anxiety

Published on 23 October 2020 at 15:00

Have you ever been scared in the middle of the night? Dare to admit that you are anxious or have had an experience in which you break out into a cold sweat. Afraid of ghosts or ghosts, afraid of a burglar, afraid of being kidnapped. Afraid that someone or something is in your bedroom! ... You're not the only one who is bothered by this. The more sensitive you are, the more likely you are to have experienced and / or experience a fearful moment from time to time.

You don't have to be a child, baby to be confronted with this - you are really not the only one, there are a lot of people who have some form of sleep anxiety / night anxiety. Dream fear is real!

Cause is very diverse and cannot be categorized.

A shadow on the wall can cause an inner conflict with frightening consequences, a ticking sound and cat in heat, bird singing. An experience with an entity, mind, guide and / or that with which you have a spiritual connection can have a profound impact. It doesn't even have to be or have been a negative experience to bring out a feeling of fear.

It can stem from a past life, memory, traumatic experience, depression, burnout. Being spiritual, HSP, new age child and so on.

What can you do about it?

It starts with accepting that your bedroom has anxiety.

Talk about it, possibly seek help from an expert.

Dream protection or visualizing white light around you. Alternatively, you can think of asking for help from your guides, helpers, gods and / or angels and those with whom you are connected.

Another way is to clean your bedroom with White sage ... Burn white sage with which you send the negative away.

Make a dream catcher or hang it above your bed.

Another option is to give gems and crystals a place in your bedroom.

You can also think of the Feng shui (cleaning up everything that is unnecessary) method. This brings you more peace and relaxation, so that you can sleep better.

Look at the moon, stars, full moon, new moon, before going to sleep, it provides a deeper connection with the outside, the energy and the dark outside.
