Blue moon dreams

The blue moon, as you may know, is the second full moon in one month. This phenomenon generally occurs once a year and is therefore an exceptional phenomenon that you should not miss. This year it falls exactly on Halloween (October 31) and that is very special because on this day the veil between all dimensions is thinnest.


Or the energy layer that normally between our earthly world and the universe, heaven and so on is now almost non-existent. The blue moon brings you a double layer of letting go, closing the old and preparing for the new. Process your old dreams, let go of past lives, fears and traumas and give them a place.


The blue moon is not for harvesting, manifesting, attracting !. It is really to work on yourself, heal old wounds, let go and so on.


Take the time now to work on dream trauma, dream fears, dream emotions. Embrace that which was, accept the unknown not yet visible. Trust what is to come and prepare for a period of silence called winter.  


The blue moon is also connected to your deceased loved ones, the afterlife and, twin souls, soul mates, soul groups other dimensions. Be open to receive this during the blue moon.

Blue moon dreams exercise



Step 1
Write down what you want to let go of, write on everything that is bothering you and so on. The blue moon is to earth well and to become aware of your task, life. Letting go of old trauma and working on yourself.



Step 2
Just before you go to sleep, look at the blue moon and enjoy it, hold up your note and let the silver energy shine on your note. Let the feminine full energy and stimuli of the beautiful silver sphere come to you.




Step 3
Embrace the gray glittering sphere and let the energy flow through you into the earth! See it, feel it and experience it and let go of the note + that which you have written down to the full moon. The silver glow flows down from your crown chakra and through your feet into the earth so that it subsides again. As it were, it flows out of your body so that all stimuli are reduced and are easier to handle.



Step 4
Massage your feet and drink a glass of water before going to sleep.

Your feet are at the basis of the discharge of the stimulating energy, water cleans and tidies up, ensures that the body can give back to the cycle of the rhythm of the moon and life.



Step 5
Good night and sleep tight, know that the moon is waning tomorrow and that normal energy is flowing again.
