Heart-focused dreams

Love (self-love) is an important part of your life, your soul and your development towards the higher vibration. See it through the eyes of love and receive messages, dreams, visions, meditations that come to you purely from your love so that you can start working with it.  



But Marjan how can you dream heart-centered? ..



Heart-focused dreaming is finding a deep connection with yourself flowing from your heart, your dreams, daydreams, visions, visualizations, affirmations, manifestations, meditations just flow away better than from your toes. Not dreaming from your crown chakra but from your deepest and purest self how cool would it be if that is possible!


Your heart chakra is the core of everything, it controls everything, your heart chakra is the receiver. Your heart purifies everything so that you learn to use only what is important at this moment in your life. Your heart puts away what you don't need in life right now. It is your intuition that speaks from your heart, the source, the universe, your connection with god and / or with which you are connected.



Connect yourself with your heart, heart-centered thinking and experience great soul growth and development.


You can think of connecting with your purest form, but also of your past life, deceased loved one, guides and helpers. As soon as you can consciously let your energy flow from your heart, you will experience a deeper and greater connection from your heart chakra and heart-oriented thinking and life.

Heart-focused dreaming exercise


Step 1 


Sit comfortably, relaxed upright. Not too tight, not too loose. Eyes closed or slightly opened. Take a few deep breaths in and out slowly. This will automatically relax you more deeply. Your attention remains clear and alert.

Focus your attention on the natural rhythm of your breath, your heart. When you find yourself distracted, let go of the distraction and return your attention to the breath in the here and now. 

Meditation is difficult at first; relaxing and clearing your mind is often quite a challenge. Start slowly with 5 minutes and then continue step by step and you will see that it is always easy.



Step 2

Keep a close eye on your breathing, your heart rhythm, stay in this relaxed state while your heart energy becomes visible. See the beautiful golden glow flowing from your heart throughout your body; it touches your toes, fingers, head and your aura. Feel it, experience it, let it flow and let it develop.

It is very strange to see your heart energy and you can experience emotions, unknown feelings and / or even images knowing that they belong there and are allowed to be there. It is a reflection of the innermost core, your soul, your heart so you don't have to be afraid but look at it lovingly.



Step 3

Take this status of your heart energy with you to bed. Lie down on the bed and relax and maintain the heart energy state. Let it all go and remember your relaxed state of dreams that let everything flow. It is quite possible that your dream will be experienced completely from your heart, your base and your source. You are and live from your source the writer of your soul dreams, the vision script.



Step 4

Sleep tight and let go of everything, live from your heart energy, your source, your base. Sleep is the best meditation there is ... Let everything heal, clear, clean and heal while you sleep.



Step 5

Write everything down in your dream diary / sleeping diary when you wake up. This is how you keep a dream diary! ...

The next step is also the most important step for unpacking your dream tree. Write it down in a dream journal. Write down your first feeling, thought, what you let go, how do I feel now and so on. Often there is a common thread, recognition of a pattern or experience that repeats itself and so on.
